Michael G. Kolodin - Managing Partner
Michael G. Kolodin has been in the BPO / collections industry since 1979.
He has owned and operated several collection agencies during that period specializing in consumer, corporate and medical debt.
As a debt purchaser, Michael has purchased hundreds of millions of dollars in face value debt directly from originators and brokers and in 2005 started setting up turn key collection call center operations overseas. Michael's duties will consist of supervising and running the daily operations of all domestic and international call centers and the debt placements,
sales and purchases.

Marty Halpern - Partner
Marty Halpern is the owner/founder and CEO of National Check Trust, Inc., and has been involved in the check guarantee industry for over 26 years.
He graduated from of New Paltz University and started
his career in sales and sales management in the publishing and the
payment transaction industry. He entered the check industry as a
National Sales Manager for a competitor, and in 1991 open the doors to
NCT. He has a wealth of experience in check guarantee solutions,
operations, collections and business development. He has continued to
provide National Check Trust with his invaluable experience
ensuring the growth and enduring profitability of this private company.
He has provided his organization a vision to be the 'premier
organization in our industry' with a strong focus on a high ticket
niche market. This clarity and the development of an excellent support
staff has been a overwhelming reason for the continued success of NCT.
In 2008 he and the management team have made the
decision to open a collection company called CSI, with the goal to do
an excellent job for all future clients.

Sandeep Bhatnagar - Director of Overseas Operations
Sandeep has over 18 years of experience with various ITES technologies,
Telecom, Software and Manufacturing organizations in UK and in India.
He has worked for organizations like Bharti, Stratsoft Inc, Telecom
Italia and Air Liquide. He has vast experience in Operations, Business
Development, Technology issue resolutions, structuring and establishing
business organizations in India. Sandeep heads our Overseas Operations,
Business Development strategy, Marketing Planning and Execution. With a
Masters degree in Marketing and organization behavior he holds a
pivotal position in the organization.

Alisha Bellini - Director of IT and Vendor Relations
Alisha went to school at the Advanced Technology Center for Internet Services and graduated at the top of her class. Alisha has been doing web design/computer work for six years. She has taken over as Director of IT and Vendor Relations at Collection Training Institute, LLC since the beginning of 2009. She has worked in the Credit and Collections and Public Safety fields. Alisha has accounting and payroll experience and has been a manager for owners while they were away.

Mark Beach - Special Advisor
Mark Beach is a 25 year 1st and
3rd Party collection industry veteran with executive-level management
experience in the Auto Finance, Student Loan, Commercial, Bankcard, Medical,
Telecommunications, and Utility markets. His positions have included Bank
Officer, Compliance Officer, Director of Client Services, Director of
Operations, Director of IT, Chief Operations Officer, and Agency Partner. In
2004, Mr. Beach liquidated his agency partnership interest and joined Collection
Solutions Software as an equity Partner and its Chief Operations Officer.
Collection Solutions Software is the maker of IMPACT!, the only collections
software application with true built in regulatory compliance features and cross
platform capabilities.

Scott McCollum - Special Advisor
Scott McCollum joined Electronic Payment Providers as President in
2007. He is responsible for the company’s reach and client base through
sales direction and relationship management as well as corporate
strategy development.
Prior to joining EPP, Mr. McCollum served as Vice President of Sales
and Marketing for Access Corporation where he was responsible for
developing and implementing overall sales and marketing strategy. While
at Access, McCollum also sat on the board of directors. Mr. McCollum
has served on the ACA vendor advisory committee and has also been
involved in developing strategic integration partnerships with most
major collection related companies for the past 10 years.

George Terzi - Special Advisor
George Terzi is the President and CEO of GT Services, Inc. Founded in 2001, GT Services, Inc. specializes in the acquisitions, sales and third party outsourcing of consumer debt.
Mr. Terzi, a graduate of The California State University at Fullerton, has been in the Debt Industry for nearly 15 years where he has compiled sales over $120 million representing approximately $6.3 billion in face value. In addition to his sales, Mr. Terzi has been involved in the purchase of billions of dollars in face value of debt, directly and indirectly through the originating institutions. Prior to GT Services, Inc., Mr. Terzi was the Vice President of Sales & Acquisitions for Vision Management Services.

Rick Zois - Special Advisor
Rick Zois has a combined 15 years of experience in receivables management and information solutions. He specialized in work flow design, account treatment strategies, and data utilization.
Rick, a graduate of High Point University, began his career as a collector for Palm Beach Credit Adjusters in 1993. Over the last 10 years, he has held sales and management positions with both ChoicePoint and LexisNexis. During this time, he has worked with debt buyers, first party credit grantors, third party collection agencies, and insurance companies to develop and implement effective receivables management programs.

Steve Ruderman - Special Advisor
Steve Ruderman has been in the financial
services arena for over 20 years.Steve runs his own company, Executive Level Sales
Outsourcing Services, ELSOS. Steve also runs Credit and Collection News (CCN) a
daily electronic newsletter specifically designed for the credit and
collections vertical marketplace with a subscriber database of over 50,000.
Prior to running Elsos and CCN, Steve
ran national sales for Amerix and The Fanuel Group. Prior to that Steve ran
regional sales at Equifax for over 10 years. He has been on the board of CCCS
of San Diego and was the National Sales
Advisor for the NFCC.

Sanjeev Menon - Special Advisor
Sanjeev was a Vice President of Syndications of United Financial Of
Illinois. He was responsible for predominately debt and equity private
placements and syndications involving energy equipment and renewable
energy technologies (landfill gas, solar and wind). Closed and funded
10 transactions involving $130M in debt financing.
Sanjeev Menon was previously a Director of TL1 Partners, Inc. His
responsibilities include marketing and providing underwriting support
on transactions in the following areas: (i) Venture Finance, (ii)
Structured Finance, (iii) Energy Financings and (iv) Equity Financings.
Prior to joining TL1, he was a Co-founder of two technology start-up
companies. In this position, he was responsible for developing the
business plan, financing, forming strategic business alliances, hiring
employees and closing big-ticket corporate sales. He negotiated major
business alliances expanding the company's products and services
capabilities to include 3 products and over 1000 consultants.
Sanjeev was also an Assistant Vice President with GE Capital's
Structured Finance Group for a period of seven years. He was offered a
Director level position within the Equity Capital Group at GE Capital
while working on assignment in London. He has extensive corporate,
private placement, private equity and structured finance debt and
equity background in the aircraft, energy and telecommunications
industries.
