Existing call center Owners, CFO's, CEO's, managing directors, managers, supervisors, collectors, call center agents, graduating CTI students and IT personnel will attend. There will also be new call centers there to see how to join CTI's network and understand CTI's mission in India and to find out more about CTI's third party collection programs, investment programs and CTI's third party collection training school. Existing call centers will also be there that might already have customer support, 411, reverse mortgage or mortgage lead generation campaigns going. They will be there to see how to add CTI's process and income stream. |
