The network partner will essentially be entrepreneurs running their own venture. • Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.

• The individual should possess the ability to mobilise resources through internal and external means. He/she should have the capability to personally invest around 15-30 INR.

• The individual should possess 3-5 years of experience in any functional area, preferably at the middle management level.
• Be a First time Entrepreneur.
• Be Self employed in Business.

• Alacrity to share vision and values of EDGE in the field of ITES education.
• Commitment to devote full time attention to the venture or to source professional help in running the venture.

• The candidate should have complete knowledge of the regional market.

• EDGE organizes induction programmes for new Business Partners and their staff.
• It undertakes Faculty and Counselor training and certification.
• It hosts sales and marketing training periodically.
• EDGE conducts ongoing training on new products.

• The company designs the admission process.
• It conducts online examinations for students.
• EDGE offers a special data management system for maintaining student records and managing centre operations.

• EDGE takes marketing and advertising initiatives at a national level.
• For region specific advertising EDGE provides aid to Business Partners, which is subject to minimal charge.
• EDGE offers new Business Partners an initial start-up kit containing product brochures and.

The partneship contract is for one (1) years and can be renewed after assessing the performance.

The site should be in an area with a minimum floor size of 100 square meters. It should be located in a high-traffic area near commercial and residential establishments, accessible to commuters, pedestrians and motorists.
