When CTI opens a collection call center, web based training will begin several weeks before the actual opening of the call center by CTI and all of it’s strategic partners and vendors. It will be topped off with a 4 or 5 day in person training session from Michael Kolodin.
The strategic vendor partners include over a dozen of the best practices services companies in the collection industry including BillingTree (payment providers), CSS IMPACT-Collection Solution Software, Dial Connection the predictive dialer company, eBureau scoring algorithum and skip tracing database, Global Connect the IVR dialer company, PSC letter vendor, and Trak America legal system. |

Collection Training Institute, LLC along with it’s strategic Partners ACA International - the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, BillingTree, CSS-IMPACT Collection Solution Software, Dial Connection, eBureau, Global Connect, PSC, and Trak America all are joining together in India to support India’s first University of Third Party Collections which has opened as of February 2008. This Indiaversity will teach Collections101, CTI’s LURE (Listen, Understand, Resolve and Execute) program, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the ACA rules of conduct and ethical behavioral standards. Graduates of this Indiaversity will be able to become ACA accredited collectors with continuing education. |
