Collections Executive

This position requires the candidate to be pro-active, energetic, high on ethics and on-the-toes so as to render his/her services to the tasks mentioned hereafter, effectively:

Pre-Requisites:

- Must be an Indian citizen and resident and should be at least 18 years of age.

- Must have excellent communication/interpersonal (verbal & written) skills.

- Should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

Soft Skills/Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills with clarity in speech, fluency, and grammar.

- Must demonstrate clear articulation with excellent reading and writing skills.

Core Competencies/Responsibilities:

- Need to have the zeal and knack to collect debts from the customers.

- Has to have the ability to comprehend the customers well over the phone.

- Strong inter-personal skills with a strong sense of professionalism.

- Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

- Proven knowledge of debt recovery processes and procedures.

- Should have worked in BPO in collection process or should have knowledge to be able to collect debts.
