CTI offers an all inclusive program for centers wishing to run independent as well as a Joint Venture Program where CTI will share costs and profits. • In the Standard Program CTI gives you access to all of the third party collection tools available in the industry along with state to state collection licensing and the Professional Errors and Omissions Insurance
• You manage all of your expenses and receive a percrntage of all of the gross money your center collects
• You authorize CTI to offset and pay all of your vendor usage costs, which will include your collection software, letter writing, credit bureaus, skip tracing databases, predictive and IVR dialers, state to state collection licensing and general and professional liability insurance and remit to you a net amount monthly

The joint venture ownership third party collection program is the newest collection call center structure to be introduced to India, which by all accounts is fast becoming the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) location of choice for collection call center corporations throughout the world. CTI will detail and list all expenses on the India side and all expenses on the U.S. side for CTI’s collection call center program. A determination will be made as to the percentage of total costs each side has. These same percentages will be used when sharing profits at the end of each month.
